The idea was inspired by her signature. She signs her name with a heart "S." She didn't write it on a napkin in a restaurant. Versions of the heart logo were sent to her on "The Nanny Diaries" set and she sent back a drawn revision on a page from the script for a direction. Still, a cute story.
