More sillyness from Joey Yung, this was actually BEFORE the Viktor & Rolf incident. This black dress mimics Alexander McQueen’s Fall 2006 RTW Collection (March 2006), she wore this during her One Live One Love Concert back in May 2006! The black dress looks 95% alike with a few minor changes.
What a pity because she has tons of funds and I’m sure tons of sponsors, she def doesn’t need to duplicate another dress. If her stylist(s) let her do this, they should be FIRED…immediately! It is a big deal because she is in the public eye and a lot of youngsters look up to her, she should set a good example to her followers. Joey encourages people NOT to buy FAKE CDs and always support the original, but she turns her back and FAKES designer pieces…that is not excusable. Please don’t use the excuse that “you” can not find one in HK, HK is not the only place where you can buy designer pieces and NO it is not a MUST to wear it, if you can’t buy it where something ELSE. I feel that it is becoming a “trend” for her, hopefully after the headlines she’s made, she’ll feel embarrassed and stop. Sorry Joey, I luv your songs and voice but this is not acceptable!

I feel sorry for her. She needs to stop the insanity. If an American celebrity did something like this they would be slaughtered.
My mom told me about a HK singer that was sporting a fake LV on a TV concert and LV sent her one telling her not to use a fake one. Come on! Why sport a fake one when you have all that money.
First of all, she does NOT look good in any of these outfits she’s wearing! At least find something that flatters your body, regardless if it is McQueen or not. I mean, I doubt that even 5% of the population would actually recognize it to be from F/W06 McQueen! She’s making herself look horrible! Talk about being a hypocrite!

Seriously, the excuse that one cannot find it in HK is ridiculous. HK is one of the places on this globe where EVERYTHING is available. And if it’s really not available, jet to London. I mean, Bee had some Curry flown over from London, so I think HK celebs can have a Couture gown fed-exed over.
Not available in Hong Kong? Excuse. And a bad one at that. It just make her more stupid than everyone was already thinking. Don’t tell me that her yearly income is not high enough to have one of those imported from Milan.
As a Chinese…I feel ashame. I know that Chinese people copy a lot of brands but wear a fake to a show or your own concert? Come on!
As a fashion student…How utterly disgusting. One minute she is moaning about copywrights of her CDs next minute copying Couture. Can you spell: hypocrite?
And last but not least…Wear something that’s actually flattering. Not something that makes you look like a squashed hobbit. Geez…
