I really do not get their reasoning for why there are so many H&M stores in the East and none in the south.. I agree though, prices are steadily creeping up at H&M but the quality is def there.. and I much prefer their designs to Forever21 or Wet Seal or Steve & Barrys. I find myself buying less there because of the price tag shock. I still love it but for cheap you can't beat F21.
