When the news first broke out about this collaboration, everyone got really excited and was eager to see what Christian Lacroix has to offer, the wait is over. Christian Lacroix for La Redoute has officially launched their animated e-commerce site featuring Lily Cole. The site is fun, creative and has a twist, I enjoyed checking out all the products in an interesting matter other than just the catalogue shoot. My favorite piece from the collection is the black Falbala trench coat, it costs £185.00, about US$255.00 which is not a bad price. The trench is so fab, too bad its not available to the US! The Hacienda cowboy boots are kinda cute too. The range of items for the home is more extensive, from towels, bed linens and tableware to occasional chairs, light fixtures, rugs and screens — all blending Lacroix’s Baroque touches with contemporary design. You all should check out the site!
