The Erin Fetherston for Target giant heart bag has been quite a popular piece, its now sold out on Target.com. If you’ve missed the chance, H&M is also releasing a giant heart bag but in black patent (may come in other colors) for their January/February collection. The H&M version is pretty cute – I like the edges and the patent, which do you prefer? This is getting out of hand, but I aint complaining…cheap and cheaper LOL! There’s also a knock-off Proenza Schouler for Target Bustier Top at Forever 21, peep here! I’ve been seeing this top floating around Forever 21 stores forever, seems like the shoppers are not that interested – matter of fact my Proenza ones are still hanging in my closet with tags on them…haha! In case you still want the Erin Fetherston for Target giant heart bag, there’s a few on eBay. Peep the auctions after the jump…

Aww, that bag is too cute! I think I prefer the Erin Fetherston version, it’s clean and simple. The the H&M one has certain something too.

I definitely like the h&m version of the heart bag better… the patent and the detail is so cute!
the target one looks kind of unshapely and without meaning to sound harsh… cheap…

Am I the only one who does not like the heart bag? It seems to be made for young girls, not older women in business casual

I like the H&M version better because the heart one looks like its made out of felt and I could probably make it myself.

i wasn’t sure about the target felt bags. but i bought the white one anyway. to make it more rock n roll, i wrote song lyrics across the front of the bag. it looks awesome and was a fun art project.

The Target one looks so much better in person, I must say. I’m not sure about the H&M one, it looks a bit overdone.

don’t like the H&M

I also think heart bags can only be appreciated by a girly girl otherwise its just too corny. I definitely am a girly girl and love both. I haven’t actually seen the EF one in person, but above that one and the H&M, I prefer the Moschino one! Which was out way before the EF one, so whoever said that the H&M is a copy, well so is the EF.

I am love with that bag, hopefully it will come to the U.S. soon >_< The target one was nice but I was sure I’d look weird with it D:
As far as copying goes lolita brands have been coming out with heart bags for a while now. The H&M one is more in my price range though.
