I'm posting on various sites looking for feedback on this line. Has anyone noticed that the furniture items keep appearing and disappearing online? That, or they appear as currently unavailable (which they all appear to be right now). Not filling me with confidence. Anyone see anything in person? I'm DYING to buy a crib, but I don't want to get ripped off if it's shoddy.

Now this is a start. Target has been going back and forth with major couture designers and now they're raising the bar with bigger and better designers like DwellStudios for such miscellaneous products. This is definitely a step from Isaac Mizrahi that was well known at Target for his somewhat trendy designs. This line also marks as a competitor with C2 the cheaper Crate and Barrel that opened up in New York.

It is really nice to see that designers are feeling less self-centered and are now making products affordable for everyone out there. The designs are very simple and amazing and are definitely a major competitor with IKEA's semi-affordable designs. The only difference between the two is that Target is located in a larger range of cities rather than IKEA having one location per county. This line even competes with stores like Bed, Bath and Beyond or Linen n’ Things because of it’s flexibility of having a kitchen line and a baby line. It’s a smart move to build more revenue and increase sales for the designer’s profit.

The colors and shapes really resemble Targets style of fresh and clean shadows and tones. The kitchen and baby designs really show DwellStudio’s commitment to Target. This displays a great change in collaboration with major expensive brands merging into a more affordable marketplace.
