For summer a big hit are the clear plastic framed sunglasses, I’ve seen the trend in Spring 2008 runways like Lanvin, Matthew Williamson and Sonia Rykiel. For “trendy” items like this I usually like to go cheap and buy a fairly inexpensive pair to just rock for the season. I went with the Forever 21 “Retro Clear Sunglasses” $5.80, it looks uber cute and the thick frame resembles a bit of the Lanvins! Sienna Miller rocks the Benjamin “Kanye” Clear Sunglasses $325 and Ashley Simpson rocks the two-tone Ray-Ban “Tonal Wayfarer Sunglasses” $139 which is a great option too, those two are amongst a few celebs wearing clear framed sunglasses.
