Ooooo miss ck7. I am in complete agreement with you. Everyone here is just so common; it's painful.

You've made very good points, all of them. Like when you brought up Pharrell Williams to show why Rei Kawakubo is "avante garde." What you've said is so substantial and totally not a red herring. You know, like bringing up an issue so that it could distract from the real point. The real point is that the bags are "creation" and that they are NOT awful and alien-like.

It's not like Pharrell has any credibility in the fashion industry. When Anna Wintour put him in Vogue in 2006, she told me she totally didn't want to do it but it was the masses who were gonna eat it up. It was just for the numbers, every body knew it. And don't even think for a minute it had anything to do with Pharrell being an artist in his own right. No way! And Marc Jacobs? Ick, he's just the crass dummy who hired Pharrell. I mean, what does he really know about fashion anyway? Right ck7?

You know what? Why don't you give me your email and we can start a blog together. Cause obviously the commoners here just don't get it. Who do these commoners think they are anyway? Expressing their opinions? (Their WRONG opinions at that!) And we should call them philistines and disrespect them every time they don't get things like Rei Kawakubo and "her avant garde creations." Who else will set these commoners straight?

Oh oh oh, I think i have a name for our blog: smugb#tch3sthatthinktheyknoweverything.com. Do you like it? Our blog is gonna be wonderful and perfect and totally classy. Just like us!

I know we're gonna be bestest bestest friends!

Good lord, most of you are complete philistines. Rei Kawakubo is known for her avant garde creations. Her designs are MUCH more interesting than the gaudy ilk "created" by Pharrell Williams. Talk about uninsired--crowns, shields, and cherubs made of gold and encrusted with jewels.

i personally think that MINI HL is very avant-garde, not everyone will like it but that's Rei's style. i already own a papillon but i like the animal charms on the bag so i may need to get it just for that haha but it all depends on how much it will cost. only the mini hl and papillion is worth the the time if anything, the others especially the party bags doesn't look a bit appealing to me. i await to see how much they're going to charge, you know its going to sell like hot cakes regardless of what people say or think just because it's limited edition. haha!

I was hoping for something super funky, but I guess wearability/usability has to drive the sales for those who aren't buying it for the collabo. I do like the second and first, but wouldn't buy it. Louis VUitton, or anything monogrammed and logoed out for that matter, aren't my thing.

The Papillion & the charms together are super cute! However, the Party Bags are a huge disappointment. I guess I'll have to see them in person to fully hate them.
