The highly anticipated Apple iPhone 3G is now available! The new iPhone is available in 8GB and 16GB, they’re available at Apple retail stores and AT&T stores and are available in the black or white colorway. There are lots of new features on the phone and with 3G it “gives you fast access to the Internet and email over your cellular network. And 3G makes it easier to multitask: When connected via 3G, you can surf the web even while you’re on a call.” According to Racked, you’ll need the following to get a phone:

hehe yeah I’m gonna definitely get the bold over the iphone just because it’ll serve me better in the long run. I don’t need an iphone just because it looks cool… i want something more functional than flashy
I live in canada so I’ll be getting it a few weeks earlier than you so I will update you on how the bold runs… I’ve already played with it at my work and its pretty darn sweet–the leather back is a beautiful touch that is definitely going to be loved by professionals

My mom has this 6 year old phone and she’s going to switch to the new iphone because she the fact it has a GPS system. She’s trying to get me to give up my blackberry and switch with her. Never
