Tretorn is a Swedish-based firm and Aquavit is the top Swedish restaurant and caterer in town. The presence of Chef Marcus Samuelsson might have been a tip off along with the crayfish cooked in beer and dill, Scandia hot dogs with shrimp salad, etc.....
