Celia Birtwell’s second collection for Express has released last week, the new range consists of fluttersleeve tops, off the shoulder tops and tiered skirts and dresses. The range is full of floral graphics and very colorful, not really my style. I much preferred the first collection of silk chiffon blouses and silk chiffon dresses, which are on sale at Express stores right now. Thanks to Melanie for the tip.
