Although everyone’s focus is on New York Fashion Week right now, just wanted to let you know that the Kate Moss Topshop Autumn/Winter ’08 Collection has arrived along with the launch of the Topshop US site! Since the Topshop Soho store is delayed till November, New Yorkers can now shop the Topshop US site and avoid long delivery time and paying high postage- although a flat rate of $15 via the US site isn’t that cheap neither. I quite like that Angora Coat $240 (right) on Kate Moss, too bad I can’t try it in person! What do you think, yay or nay? i want the babydoll dress and the romantic corset dresses. i like both colors.
It’s too bad that everything is so expensive with the currency conversion… I’m just not inclined to pay $100 for a nylon-blend sweater.
Totally agree with the previous poster about the $ conversion. OUCH! Ditto for the shipping fee.
However, I ended up ordering the long-sleeved feather tee. Not cheap at $55, but I also got the free t-shirt for being one of the first 1000 orders, so it works out.
i picked up the swallow print dress from the kate moss collection, plus the jersey bandeau dress from the boutique line (i know, almost a blatant rip-off of ysl spring 08, but i love it!) and some accessories. the shipping fee sucks, but there just a few items i couldn’t live without. can’t wait for the store to open in the city!
