Finally the new Darkhorse Spring 2009 lookbook is ready to show, I’ve been patiently waiting for this. This season the brand introduces various cut & sew pieces, from soft french terry knits, to supple washed Italian lambskin leathers and the usual dose of sexually charged graphic tees. The new collection took inspiration from the undeniable charm of Paris and the glitz and glam of high-fashion, lots of pop colors included. Key pieces from the range include the “Part Time Lover”, Stevie Wonder inspired beaded-tee, the “Nouveau Riche” hoody, including an Eiffel-tower charm zip-pull and the “Bastille” leather bomber jackets in four colorways: aqua, purple, yellow and black made of Italian lambskins.
