Ashley Tisdale (Celebutopia) vs. Nicky Hilton (Celeb-City)
Ashley Tisdale was first seen rockin’ this cute H&M floral dress at TRL on October 21st paired with a black blazer and sandals. Nine days later, Nicky Hilton shows up at the Blackberry Bold launch party with the same floral dress paired with black pumps. I actually never seen this dress at H&M, big thanks to reader lucy92 for the tip. I like how Ashley rocked it a lil better, who do you think rocked it better?

I saw this dress at the H&M on 5th & 18th Street. It’s part of the DIVIDED line and was like $30. Last I checked the floral pattern version is sold out - all they have are solid colors now (green and black).
i think Ashley wears it better, Nikky is too skinny looks like a zombie!
i like ashlee ’s version better too, i think its the new brunette hair color, jacket, shoes and belt that make it work for her. Nicky is missing that something, idk but fab ladies none the less .
Honestly they both kind of look like hell…but Ashley is by far the better of the two. I agree the blonde hair looks a mess. Also someone get Nikki a burger.

Although, I’m not a fan of hers, Ashley definitely looks better in the dress than Nicky. It all came down to the OVERALL look. Ashley was just styled better with the blazer, shoes and jewelry. It came together nicely.
