Previously we’ve posted the first two images of the Chanel Spring/Summer ’09 ad campaign featuring the 21-year-old American model Heidi Mount shot by Karl Lagerfeld at his Vermont house. Now take a look at the behind the scenes with Karl Lagerfeld shooting the ad in the “empty rooms of this vast six-bedroom house”. “Karl Lagerfeld has also said that the campaign shots are inspired by the work of the Danish painter Vilhelm Hammershoi, whose austere interiors with sunlight flooding in through the sash windows are the backdrop for silent feminine meditations.” Also, check out the crazy black acoustic guitar with its white quilted case, nice!
