When I went by to Opening Ceremony this past Saturday I spotted a mannequin rockin’ these super fab black Rodarte leather over-the-knee leggings or whatever you call it, I’ve been eying these since they debuted at Rodarte’s Spring 2009 runway show. All along I thought they were leggings and not over-the-knee but they’re super sexy indeed, the laser diamond cut details are so hot! I wanted them so bad but they cost US$970 at Opening Ceremony, can’t ball like that! Then on Tuesday, Rihanna walks out with these Rodarte leather over-the-knee leggings in NYC, so hot on her! Her whole outfit is pretty fab, love her style! These are also available at colette if anyone wants to splurge on them. I really like the leggings too bad they cost an arm and a leg, do you like the leggings? More pics after the jump…

I like how that dude with the Crate & Barrell bag agrees with the first few comments. Personally, I love them, and I think they look good on Rihanna. But I will also be looking out for the knockoffs at F21, haha.
Maybe I’m alone on this one, but I don’t get how she looks like a stripper. Aren’t those ladies normally wearing less clothing?
I mean, if you dissect her outfit, she’s got some really intriguing elements going on here. I personally love the leggings, jacket, and earrings/necklace hybrid. Amazing!

i admit i DO love her style, but at times it looks like she tries WAY too hard to be edgy.. especially in these pictures. she put too many elements of “EDGY” together.. starting from the earrings, leather, and more leather.. she should calm down. lol.
I like it. I think she looks great. I wouldn’t be able to rock these, but she can get away with it because she’s Rhianne. She doesn’t look like a stripper at all and besides there’s no stripper heel. I am loving her jacket. I want one.
