Last September it was first announced that the Olsen twins will be venturing out into footwear under their contemporary label Elizabeth and James with Steve Madden. Mary-Kate and Ashley headed the design of the footwear collection as creative directors while Madden plans to hire a dedicated designer and sales team to sell the line. Both of their shoe game is tight so you wouldn’t expect anything less from them, Mary-Kate was recently spotted rockin’ a pair of “Edge” Gladiator Sandals ($295) from her own collection. I like that they didn’t go overboard on all the trends for their collection, the colors are neutral and its shoes that everyone can wear and keep in their closets for a long time. Prices range from $270 to $325. Do you like any of the styles? The pre-fall 2009 collection is currently available for pre-orders at Nordstrom.com and is expected to ship in 2-3 weeks. love MK’s sandals … but most of the shoes are way overpriced for their simple design
love love …the ‘Luella’ Sandal $325
WTF. These are so not MK, and the luella shoe is a knock off of Givenchy shoes that i’m sure she owns.
Yeah, lots of knock offs that have been done better elsewhere. These are pretty fug.
The gladiator sandals look like something from H&M right now.
The moccasins are super hot though! I love a comfy classic pair of flats.
The Olivia pumps are to die for. I might have to get a pair!
I’ll wait for sales though. The prices are a little steep.
