So excited to read on WWD that Target has tapped Laura and Kate Mulleavy of Rodarte to design a capsule collection under their Go International initiative! The Rodarte for Target Go International collection consists of 55 pieces and will range from $9.99 for knee-highs to $79.99 for a leopard print jacket. According to a Target spokesman, the collection is “very feminine, yet very modern and incorporates a rich mix of patterns and fabrications and everything from sequins and bows to faux fur”. Mark your calendars, the limited edition collection will launch at Target stores nationwide and on target.com on December 20, 2009, and will be available through February 6, 2009. Now we have a collection to look forward after the Anna Sui collection. I can’t wait to see how the collection turns out, now we can own a piece of Rodarte! Are you guys excited?? 12 Responses to “Rodarte for Target Go International!”![]() COMMENTS PAGE:![]() |

Loooooove this! Can’t wait to see it. I wish it wasn’t right before Christmas though. Talk about broke-ness!
I was hoping they would tap Rodarte!!!! So exciting!!
YESSSSSS!!!!!! can’t wait
yes yes yes!
let’s hope I still have money left over by then…
This is amazing! I can’t wait to see their collection!
Excited. ATTN Target: Please make sure this collection is as good as Behnaz, PS, Libertine and Fetherston. Make me have to open my wallet.
Of course every girl worth her loubs would kill her mother to get rodarte. But…
I’m proceeding cautiously. I agree with Sheba. Please, Target, don’t mess this one up. Make it as good as your first tier collaborations like PS or Behnaz or Richard Chai. None of this hot mess junk like Jonathan Saunders or Tracy Feith (messy, messy, messy). It has to be dreamy cause it’s Rodarte but it also has to be real cause it’s target. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
I’m willing to max out my credit cards, but it has to be worth it…
