According to WWD, the La Perla bridal collection consists of five groups designed to create a complete bridal trousseau in white and ivory, the undergarments are made in “soft microfiber and Chantilly lace, sleepwear is is inspired by the Twenties in satin, pleated georgette and lace scalloped borders. For the contemporary bride, there also is a stretch silk georgette nightie with satin detail in short and long silhouettes, the collection will retail from $74 for a garter to $649 for a lace robe. The collection will be first available at 10 La Perla boutiques in the U.S. and laperla.com, and will then be expanded to select Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus stores in February. Global distribution will follow.”
