If you’ve always dreamed of becoming a shoe designer or designing a pair of your own, now’s your chance! ALDO is inviting the public to DIY a pair of shoes, boots, or a bag with studs, straps, accessories, or any other creative element to give their shoe or bag a one-of-a-kind look now through October 30, 2009. The winner and design will collaborate with ALDO on a design for their F/W 2010 collection to be featured in Teen Vogue!

Entering the contest is easy, photos of the creations can be submitted online at www.aldoshoes.com/diy, it will be judged by a panel of industry insiders from Teen Vogue and ALDO. The judges will pick the top 10 designs as DIY Contest Finalists. These finalists will then move to the next round where the public gets to vote, online, for the best DIY style.
