I’ve been on the hunt for OTK boots too! F21 has a pretty good one right now except they’re “fold over” which I fold under and into the boot and it comes up to just a few inches above my knee. (I’m 5’3″)
The report boots are cute with the details but that is definitely out of my price range.

I’m 5’2″ and I cannot wear OTK anything, it makes me look shorter than I already am.
Majority rules, I think these boots would consume you;) BTW keep up the good work, you are awesome gurl!
