Once again Rodarte for Target makes it on to a celebrity. First Natalie Portman rocked a yellow Rodarte for Target Leopard Print Bow Dress to the 9th Annual New York Times Arts And Leisure Weekend event and now Nicky Hilton was spotted wearing the leopard print dress at the 1st Annual Celebration For LA Arts Monthly on January 28th.
