Well, I just purchased everything I wanted and got my email confirmation.
how is it that 10 minutes after release, all the belts are already sold out? i mean, really? did they make like 6 of them?
It was NEVER available. I don't think the shipment came in at all. I've been checking even before the launch and right when it launched… it was never made available. Don't know why.

The collection was available long before its so called launch at around 3:15 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. If you google Zac Posen target.com you could find all the pieces hours ago, I'm guessing this had something to do with all the accessories being gone. Even though I found it hours before the launch, all the accessories were long gone! I think Target.com did a terrible job at releasing this collection! Get it together this is a just about as disappointing as the outnet.com's so called birthday party at 6:45 a.m.! I did however snag the tiger dress, snap dress, and brocade skirt.
I bought all of my things at 11PM. Everything was available including the belts at 10PM PST but when I looked the belts were sold out. I had posted a link to how to buy them before 12AM but apparently it got removed?
Got the ruffled dress in blue/black. SO nervous about the fit. I know Target collections really vary when it comes to fit… Supposedly this collection fits smaller? UH OH.

My local Target had some of the stuff out early Saturday morning so I picked up the Snap Tape dress. I got to try on all the sizes and it’s a good thing I did b/c I was gonna order the M online and it was too big for me. I heard a lot of stuff sold out way early.
I bought everything except the accessories on-line at 2:30 AM!! Has anyone been able to track down the scarf in the safety-pin print or the braided belts?
I saw in the scarf in my local store, so some definitely got them in
the belts are available online but only in med and large.
Did not get up early for this collection. The colors and prints really aren't appealing to me. Looks too stylized (retro in a bad way). I thought about getting the belt in black, but I don't think even that would work for me. Truly disappointing since the Zac Posen for Target Austrailia collect was gorgeous. thanks, anna, i raced and ordered the belts in each color. it was a little odd, though, because under the black belt it said "ships in 2-4 weeks" and under the blue/pink it says "out of stock" but the order went through anyway. also, the free shipping didn't apply and when i searched for "zac" under women's the belts didn't show up (while the tuxedo jacket, leather jacket, bodysuit, and rain coat, which aren't even available on the official zac posen page, did, so those of you looking for these items need to do an independent search on the website). target definitely messed up on the online launch for this line, kinda like how they did for the liberty line as well. it is frustrating.

I finally found the safety-print scarf on-line. I searched through the looks on the main page for Zac Posen, and found that the items were listed from the outfit of the tuxedo jacket and pants and there was the scarf, available for purchase! It's not listed anywhere else! I ordered it immediately, along with the betls and can't wait for my shipments to arrive!
was going to get online but i wouldn't recommend buying online as it looks very different up close and sizing might run big. went to atlantic ave target in bklyn around 2 pm and there were still alot of styles left. i was originally going to buy the tiger print dress but up close it looks a bit cheap and costum-y. so i ended up getting the tank which offers the colorful print and easier wear. the tie dye tank dress was long gone….also got the safety pin bikini which has an adorable gold pin trim on the bikini bottoms. the safety pin dress looks better in person. very pretty. so did the brocade pleated skirt and the pink snap skirt (better than the dress in my opinion). the leather jkt is official. the zac tank has horrible glitter print. the white button down dress shirt is VERY detailed and for 30 bux. it is a great purchase. polka dot dress was long gone. only 2 left, brocade dress gone which i might have def got had it been there since the fabric is beautiful and very rich. all in all a fun drop.
As of now, both belts and the scarf are available at Target online. I think M belt covers XS-M. If any of you are still interested in buying the hallmark brocade dress, which is sold out online, I am selling it on eBay: size 7, bran new, unopened, will ship upon receiving it from Target warehouse.

Stopped at Target right after work today and tried on a bunch of pieces. They all run QUITE SMALL!
And the snap dress was out in my size, and the tiger dress was pretty cheesy in person.
I don't know, I'm bummed out about the collection, sadly. The maxi dress/gown was quite nice in person, but again runs really small and is longgggg. No good for my short frame.

I bought what I wanted on Saturday at my store, and tried on a few things for my review. At midnight PST, the belts were not available/out of stock, then when I woke up at 10am, only M and L were available – strange. The website’s merchandising was tricky, as the red jacket could only be found by browsing the looks. My local store had plenty of scarves, which I did not manage to see online. I found the zippers to be of poor quality, and liked the dresses the best in this collection. Here’s the link to my review:

i bought the tiger sailor dress. it was a bit tricky to go on. it may go back.
I'm getting used to Target's release game, and don't mind it that much now. At least they are consistent. Plus I don't mind staying up till 3AM if I really want something. Worst case scenario, you can always return it.
As for the clothes, they're classic Posen. On the verge of awfully tacky, or artful genius when styled correctly. The sizing is small, and the material is not very forgiving. One size up solves all problems though.
Although I was able to order everything I wanted on-line, I found my local target had a good amount of stock in-store. Not everything, but enough to keep the local fashionista satisfied. Everything looks VERY different than the photos. Things that I thought I would love I didn't get, things I thought I'd hate I bought instantly. I recommend buying in person if you can.
Quality was quite good, compared to previous Target collaborations. My only disappointment is the late arrival date I was giving. However, I keep checking to see if it will get pushed up. But the shipping is free, so I can't complain too much.

I got the belt and skirt online like 20 minutes ago and i got the tank in my local Target.
I tried it all on and was disappointed. All the dresses, which look like fun mini-dresses online, are for tall people. I'm 5'5 and wear a small but the flare hit in an unflattering place and the volume was so overdone I looked like an extra in west side story. These clothes are for giants. Even the tank tops were like dresses on me!
yeah niki, i tried on the black sweater dress and it went below my knees. it was bad bad bad! oh well, i am sure it will look nice on our statuesque friends. i will live vicariously through them. i ended up getting the lipstick tank, the scarf, the black sweater and the tie-dye dress…which is longer on me but still ended up looking cute. i almost was tempted to get the red leather jacket but at last minute decided against it.
I got the tuxedo jacket, i really wanted the snap dress and brocade dress but by the time i was online, it was sold out
. Do you think they will restock online? or else, I'll have to make time to make a trip down south.
Target and Zac marked this collection UP…too pricey for me…I'm going to pass on this
I didn't see anyone weighind in on the ruched skirt, it is super sexy! Looks like crap on the hanger, but don't let that stop you! Flatters the curves, and the high waist and ruching provide great camaflouge. Length keeps it from being trashy. Genius.
For anyone in LA, the Culver City Target on Jefferson as of 1p today had TONS of things left, tons of belts, the gown, red leather jackets, etc. I tried on some things, you can find them on my blog. Nothing too special, but I did purchase 2 dresses. Much better than previous collections in my opinion.
