Costume Dept. is sexing it up with feminine looks for Autumn/Winter 2010. The new collection consists of tight ruched dresses and asymmetrical ruched tops, lace tops, cropped tops, mesh tops and lace leggings in the collection. The collection has evolved so much from just leggings, always looking forward to see what their next collection will look like.
