H&M Fashion Against AIDS Spring 2012 Collection

I personally really like the H&M Fashion Against AIDS collection, so excited to see the latest collection! “H&M is launching its fifth Fashion Against AIDS (FAA) collection, to raise funds and create awareness about HIV/AIDS among the young. Available in around 300 H&M Divided departments from April 26, 2012 as well as online (where available), this year’s collection brings together ethnic influences from different continents.” Great collection and a great cause, 25% of all sales will go directly to a variety of international youth HIV/AIDS awareness projects. Can’t wait till the weather gets warmer and get my hands on some of these pieces! Do you like?

Special prints were commissioned from international artists and illustrators for this collection to create pieces bursting with colour, pattern and authenticity. Whether it be colourful African trims on blouses and bustiers, graphic black and white Maori prints on leggings and crop-tops, or the folkloric Inuit designs from Greenland on draped T-shirts, this year’s FAA collection puts global tribes in a 21st century context. As well as macrame, fringed and dip-dyed pieces for girls and printed T-shirts and cropped harem trousers for guys, the collection also includes fashion accessories such as hats, footwearand jewellery, as well as special pieces such as iPhone cases, festival ponchos, hammocks and plasters.

Marni at H&M | Commercial + Behind-the-scenes videos

Last night you’ve got a sneak peek of the Marni at H&M ad campaign featuring Imogen Poots and some magazine scans, now here’s a look at the commercial and behind-the-scenes video. As I reported before the campaign film was directed by Sofia Coppola in Marrakesh, in these video watch the commercial and you follow her and H&M along with the models behind-the-scenes during the production. Models and actors include: Imogen Poots, Sam Hayes, Antonine Peduzzi, Nicolas Peduzzi, Annabelle Dexter Jones, Charlie Klarsfeld , Liu Wen, Jonatan Frenck and Langley Fox. Looks like fun, love it! The collection is looking good, can’t wait to see the full collection!

Marni at H&M is scheduled to release in selected H&M stores and online (where available) on March 8th, except in Japan and Singapore where the collection launch is scheduled for March 10th, 2012.

Marni at H&M | Sneak Peek!

Next month H&M will be launching its newest collaboration with Marni, I simply can’t wait! And if you’re impatient like me, here’s a few sneak peeks of the ad campaign featuring Imogen Poots, photographed by Sofia Coppola in Marrakech (first above) and magazine scans. I know a lot of you guys love H&M product previews, so here ya go (I love it too ha)! Some of the products have already hit H&M stores already, you know H&M always puts stuff out early. Look out for your faves this month and February, I know I’m going to be buying a bunch! Love the sorbet colors, so soft and subtle, and how cute is this smokey transparent jacket? Need! Every time I visit LA, I always find time to visit my friends at the H&M Showroom and also to check out the new collections. The LA showroom is pretty amazing, spacious and has an amazing view, I can seriously work out of that location ha! Last month I visited Kendall at the showroom and previewed some new Spring 2012 samples and I’m seriously loving all the sorbet and neon colors, makes me so happy! And of course there’s the basic black and white pieces that I love too. Now I can’t wait till Spring!

Versace for H&M Cruise 2012 Ad Campaign

Last week I’ve posted the lookbook images of the Versace for H&M Cruise 2012 collection featuring Abbey Lee Kershaw and River Viiperi, now here’s a look at the ad campaign. The poolside set looks pretty cool against the fruit prints and I swear Abbey makes everything look so good! Does this make you like the collection more? Versace for H&M Cruise 2012 Lookbook ft Abbey Lee Kershaw

I’m seriously not trying to tease anyone (including myself) not being able to shop this Versace for H&M Cruise 2012 collection but I couldn’t resist posting the lookbook images featuring Abbey Lee Kershaw and River Viiperi. Lucky for those that are in the markets that can shop on hm.com, you guys will be the only ones being able to shop the online exclusive on January 19th. Click here to see the full collection.

The women’s collection is light and feminine, with a berries and butterflies print on dresses, tops, negligées, dressing gowns and a silk cashmere cardigan. There are also white jeans, bikinis, and accessories such as charm bracelets, print bags, ballet flats and high heels. For men, the focus is on fashion classics like a leather detail wool blazer, jeans and denim shirts, alongside pleat-front shorts in cotton or denim.

Do you like the collection? Don’t worry, I’m sure eBay will have a ton of stuff after the release…
