For those that have been anticipating the release of the Jason Wu for Target collection, it is finally releasing today! At this time (1:12AM EST) there are only a few items available but I think Target.com is slowly adding more so keep refreshing (that’s what I’m doing). Shop online quick before everything sells out! Jason Wu for Target Private Launch Event

Last week Jason Wu and Target celebrated the Jason Wu for Target collection launch at Skylight Soho New York with a private shopping event before it arrives in stores on February 5th, as well as performances by French dance-pop group Yelle and DJ Harley Viera-Newton. At the event I spotted designer Jason Wu, Blake Lively, Chloe Moretz, Jaime King and Tyson Beckford. And one of the best things was the Ladurée macarons station, it’s so yum! The shopping area was cray, everyone including celebrities were trying to get a piece from the collection! Not all the pieces were available that night, I picked up the Trench Coat in both colors (black and navy), the Long-Sleeved Blouse (blush) and Dot-Printed Shirt Dress (cream), there are a few other things that I wanted that weren’t available so I’ll be buying on Target.com when it releases. Super cute and fun event!

You’ve seen sneak peeks of the Jason Wu for Target collection here and here, finally here’s the full lookbook with prices! The collection is inspired by the vision of an American girl in Paris, bringing Jason Wu’s signature aesthetic and attention to detail to Target’s guests at affordable prices. There are 53 pieces in the collection ranging in price from $19.99 to $59.99 for apparel and $19.99 to $49.99 for handbags and scarves, Jason Wu for Target will be available February 5 through March 6, 2012 at most Target stores and on Target.com.

The collection is so sweet. Love some of the pieces, definitely will shop the collection when it releases. Which pieces will you be buying?

Last week you’ve seen a couple of pics from the Jason Wu for Target collection, today Style File posted more images! I love the trench coat and the button down shirts, can’t wait to see the full lookbook! Whats your thoughts so far? Thanks to reader LisaSunRose for the tip once again!

The collection will be available February 5 through March 6, 2012. Ranging in price from $19.99 to $59.99 for apparel and $19.99 to $49.99 for handbags and scarves, available at most Target stores and Target.com.

How many of you guys forgot about the Jason Wu for Target collaboration that I posted about back in October last year? I didn’t! I’ve been waiting for the release of images for a longggggg time since I’ve previewed it months ago. Thanks to my Twitter follower @LisaSunRose for tipping me off with a sneak peek of the collection on NYTimes, we get a taste of what to expect besides the sketches. Missoni for Target Throw – back in stock!

While doing some shopping on Target.com, I came across the Missoni for Target Throws that were sold out in an instant when it first launched! Looks like Target restocked online (only available on Target.com), or probably people returned them. There are 3 colorways in the throw available: Passione, Colore and Famiglia. I ordered one of each, now let’s just hope they’ll ship. For $39.99 each, you can’t go wrong, they’re great Christmas gifts as well. Buy it before, it sells out. Happy shopping.

Jason Wu for Target – Sneak Peak

This morning I was invited to Target Studios to preview the Jason Wu for Target collection, as usual no photos allowed and I was asked to sign a NDA form, so it’s quite top secret. At the end of the preview all the bloggers/editors were gifted a Jason Wu for Target Milu Tote, cute right?

There are about 50 pieces in the collection including womenswear, handbags and scarves, it seems so small after the 400-piece collection from Missoni for Target right? But small doesn’t mean it’s not good, I quite liked the collection, there are definitely pieces I’m going to be stalking. The muse for the Jason Wu for Target collection is a black called named Milu. A Bull’s Eye View also gave a sneak peek of the fabrics used in the collection, so check them out after the jump. Can’t wait to show you guys the full collection!
