HP TouchSmart 610 PC

A new year calls for a new computer, I finally had a chance to setup my new HP TouchSmart 610 PC that I received last month in my home office. I’m quite excited about this PC since there’s no big tower (unlike all the other PCs I had), the design is simple and sleek. This is important since I don’t have a lot of extra space, for those that live in NYC knows most of us live out of a shoebox ha.

The setup was extremely easy and there was just one cord to power up so there’s no clutter. The best thing is its equipped with Beats Audio so the speakers offer amazing sound! I need my music while I’m working, so sound is important. Everything else is pretty much wireless, the mouse and the keyboard. I’m also on a lot of conference calls and webcam chats with my friends across the globe, this all-in-one PC has an integrated webcam and microphone. It’s also perfect for when I travel so my mom can chat with me while I’m away. The large 1080p HD display is super bright and great for watching TV on, I use it a lot for YouTube videos and Netflix. And plus it’s touchscreen so I don’t even need to touch the mouse or keyboard. I still in the midst of setting it up and learning more about it but so far so good. Last Wednesday before I flew out to LA, I went to two events: the T-Mobile x Nokia Lumia 710 party and Rebecca Minkoff x Baby-G party. It was seriously a tech x fashion night out which I love.

Rebecca Minkoff and Baby-G celebrated their collaboration at The Back Room, a spot I pass by all the time but never been in, super cool spot! Congrats to Rebecca once again, really nice watch, I love mine.

The T-Mobile party at Skylight Soho was to celebrate the Nokia Lumia 710, the first Windows Phone from Nokia in the US. The device is expected to be available at T-Mobile retail stores, select dealers and retailers nationwide, and online starting Jan. 11. Sadly, I didn’t get a chance to play with the phone since everyone was hogging it up haha.

Prada presents the Prada phone by LG 3.0

Prada and LG have unveiled the Prada phone by LG 3.0 at the Claridge’s’s Hotel in London today. This marks the third project of the partnership and the first smartphone to be released. The Prada phone by LG 3.0 combines Prada’s distinctive style with LG’s innovative technology, including one of the biggest and brightest screens in the world with 4.3inch and 800-nit screen. Styled with Prada’s clean and sharp design philosophy, the handset features a full glossy touchscreen to the front and Prada’s signature Saffiano pattern to the back, all finished in classic black. This handset also boasts LG’s signature Floating Mass Technology, optically enhancing the thinness of its already impressive 8.5mm depth, with minimal hardkeys completing the sleek simple finish.

The phone boasts a 1.0GHz Dual-Core/Dual-Channel architecture for high-speed performance, and dual-band wi-fi for high-speed surfing on the go.
