Madonna may have decided not to pose for Louis Vuitton’s spring 2010 campaign because she jumped ship. According to WWD and Swide, Madonna is the new face for Dolce & Gabbana’s spring/sumer 2010 ad campaign. The campaign was shot by photographer Steven Klein in a Brooklyn studio on November 6th. This is great news, can’t wait to see how the images turned out.
According to WWD, Lara Stone is replacing Madonna to be the face of Louis Vuitton’s spring/summer 2010 fashion campaign, photographed by Steven Meisel in New York. Madonna was previously featured in LV’s spring and fall 2009 ad campaigns. Stay tuned for more updates…
Previously you’ve seen the Louis Vuitton Fall 2009 ad campaign pictures featuring Madonna, finally the making of the ad campaign video has surfaced on The Moment Blog. In this video Marc Jacobs takes us behind the scenes of the making of the shoot which will be appearing next week on louisvuitton.com. Marc also explains how the concept of the LV “bunny ears” came upon, apparently they made 30 to 40 colors and chose the colors that were suitable for Madonna. As mentioned previously, Madonna has signed on for a second consecutive season to be the face of Louis Vuitton for their Fall/Winter 2009-10 ad campaign following the extraordinary success of the Spring/Summer 2009 ad campaign. The iconic pop star was photographed by Steven Meisel in New York City, under the art direction of Marc Jacobs. The first image of the campaign hit TFS and Madonna is looking very mannequin-like and of course rockin’ those infamous ‘Bunny Ears’ again.
