Bernhard Willhelm x Camper Spring/Summer 2010 Collection

Back in May I’ve became a fan of the Camper To&ether Bernhard Willhelm spring/summer 2009 collaboration, they’re back with another collection for spring/summer 2010. Bernhard Willhelm showed his new collection during Paris Fashion Week while the models walked down the runway in his Camper designs. His collection for Camper builds on the two previous ones. It has the same solidity and repeated elements such as the tyre-rubber sole and colored felts. Novelties include the use of latticing, climbing robe, very thick leathers and versions with rubber details that give the shoes a more technical look. The sandal collection is unique and amazing featuring ethnic designs for both men and women, I’m definitely look forward to the release in February. I hope to get a pair of the leather rope heeled sandal, do you like the collection?

Chanel Spring 2010 RTW Arrivals/Front Row
Rihanna / Karl Lagerfeld – Photos: Wire

When it comes to Chanel the name alone will draw a crowd, the Chanel Spring 2010 show in Paris drew the worlds A-List for a front row seat. Many in fashion call Karl Lagerfeld a god and this god surrounded himself with the goddesses likes of Claudia Schiffer, Rihanna, Virginie Ledoyen, Maggie Cheung and many more. Other A-listers seen at the show include Prince the musician, Princess Siriwanwaree Nareerat of Thailand, Leigh Lezark and Clemence Poesy. And of course as the face of the Coco Cocoon line, Lily Allen and her band could pop out of the floor to perform her hit “Not Fair” at the end of the show. Take a look below for photos from arrivals and front row. All photos by Wire.

MCM New York Launch Party with Coco Rocha at Saks
September 15, 2009 [Coco Rocha and Me]

Last week, MCM launched their new MCM New York Collection designed by Joy Gryson at Saks Fifth Avenue during NYFW which attracted a fashionable crowd. The event was hosted by Coco Rocha and DJ Harley Viera Newton provided the beats, I had a great time mingling with friends and also got to see the new bags up close, and of course tried on a few bags too. The collection is sold exclusively at Saks Fifth Avenue and the MCM Plaza boutique in New York. The collaboration is ongoing, with plans for a holiday and spring 2010 line.

GILT FUSE Launch Party
September 16, 2009

I’m so backlogged with posts for New York Fashion Week and emails (will get to it asap) it’s not even funny, I will be continuing to post them-  there’s no rush right? Stopped by Santos for the GILT FUSE launch party on the 7th day of New York Fashion Week, the place is fun and I the neon walls there. GILT decked out the space with neon post-its attached with funny notes, love the black light with fluorescent tape all over the place! They even had Santa Claus and his helpers down there to grant “guilty” requests lol!
