Givenchy Fall 2008 RTW / LaROK Multi-Chain Necklace Feature Length Jacket

I’ve always been a fan of accessories, when I saw the Givenchy Fall 2008 RTW Collection I was immediately obsessed with the looks with the multi-chain necklace matched with a black jacket- its simply amazing! But of course the price tag on the Givenchy will always be sky high but I came across an inspired version by LaROK which is quite amazing too.

This past Sunday, while shopping in Soho with my friend Simone, we passed by Intermix and this LaROK Multi-Chain Necklace Feature Length Jacket ($498) was on a mannequin and to my surprise Simone owns it already! Tried on the jacket at her house and completely fell in love with it. Just a heads-up that this style runs a bit big, I tried on a small and it was a bit big- def need to size down to an x-small. The best thing about the jacket is you can detach the necklace to wear it separately. I’m still debating whether to get it or not. It’ll def look fierce with some dope shoes and black lame’ leggings or leather pants. What do you guys think?

Robots - Sk8-Hi

Vans has teamed up with graphic artist/surface designer Aimee Wilder to design a full range of Vans Sneakers featuring three designs for use on 18 styles of footwear and assorted accessories. The footwear range includes Vans Sk8 His, Slip-Ons, Authentics, Low Pros and KVDs. Accessories includes bags, belts, socks and wallet and backpack. There is also a Robot tank top in the selection. The styles come in different patterns and bright colors drawing inspiration from robots, pigeons and koi fish. The footwear collection is slated to launch in January at Vans retailers.

I think this collection is really cute, especially the Robot prints! Vans seems to be pushing towards the women’s market, do you like?
