Rogan for Target @ Barneys - 05.10.2008

Yesterday I trekked up to Barneys with Ada to check out the Rogan for Target collection, it departs today. When I first saw the collection preview I wasn’t impressed at all, there were only a couple of items that appealed to me but the clothes and leopard print definitely looked better in person. I wasn’t able to view the full collection because most of the stuff was already sold out, there were mostly sizes 1 and 13 left. I really wanted the leopard print beach towel, but someone snatched up the last one on the mannequin before me so I’ll just have to wait till the release on May 18th at Target. I ended up buying a pair of leopard short shorts, but haven’t tried it yet - all purchases came with a reusable tote!

Pathmark ~ Goldfish Snack Section (I luv the snacks!)
Yesterday was a great day, went out for lunch with Ada at Korean Town then shopped at 34th Street’s H&M and Forever 21 we both picked up great pieces (pics to come). Afterwards we headed up to Barneys to check out the Rogan for Target collection (it def looked better in person then in pics), more on that later. Then continued on to shop at 5th ave, it was exhausting but fun - I always luv shopping with her.
It was also my baby, Puffy’s 9th b’day, after dinner B drove me to Pathmark to pickup some Purina FrostyPaws (doggy ice cream) to celebrate his wonderful day and also to stock up on some Quakes Rice Snacks - it’s my latest obsession. Puffy loved the ice cream and of course he shared with Cookie, how cute! I love them to DEATH!!!!!!!!!

Mary-Kate always has the best accessories, besides her fab rings and necklaces she always has dope sunglasses. Not to mention my favorite Chanel s5018 sunglasses that she rocks all the time, I am dying to get a pair! Is anyone willing to sell theirs? Hit me up!
A couple days ago I spotted a candid of her rockin’ these sunglasses that looks like the Ray-Ban Clubmaster
or may be it’s vintage. There’s also a similar pair at Urban Outfitters called Lana and they’re on sale for $9.99. Take your pick, I think they’re kinda cute and they totally remind me of Noah Bennet’s “horn rimmed glasses”. Yay or nay?
Outfit 05.09.2008 ~ Windy + Rainy…

I really hate it when it rains, the wind blows hard and everything gets wet - even when you’re under an umbrella. I tend to stay indoors most of the time when the weather is acting up, my allergies seem worst on these gloomy wet days too…

First Look at Elizabeth and James Fall ‘08 Collection

By this time you all should know I love the Olsen twins and adore Mary-Kate’s style, NYLON just showed a sneak peek of the Elizabeth and James fall ‘08 collection. Expect cute plaid skirts, coats in pop colors, sweaters, cardigans, blazers and more. I especially like the solid color pieces, the line continues to deliver every season - great stuff!
In the meantime you can shop the spring collection at Shopbop.com

H&M Summer 2008 Launch Party

Jennifer/H&M & Me
Last night I was at the H&M Summer 2008 Luxury Leisure collection launch party at the fab Gramercy Park Hotel Roof Deck. The roof deck and garden is amazing, too bad the weather wasn’t so great if it was all the glass would retract and we’ll be able to feel the summer breeze. The party was bumpin’ with live DJ spinning and open bar along with fashionistas strolling up and down the roof top. It was a great night, I caught up with Jennifer from H&M (thanks), met two new friends, Nana from Bluefly and Alexis from AOL Black Voices. Nana even gave me a shout-out on flypaper, FAB! I was in a great mood last night, had many compliments on my outfit - do I even need to mention where I copped my floral dress?
After the H&M party, I went downstairs to chit-chat and have a drink at Wakiya. I called it a night after…
