Saw these cool earphones over at Cool Hunting, designed by an Italian company called Mac@Work.  These babies comes in heart, star, moon & lightening shapes in white gold and encrusted with diamonds, not to mention the diamonds are G color.

These are lovely, hey diamonds are a gurls bestfriend haha…
