I’ve always been a fan of capes/ponchos/cropped jackets whatever you want to call it…I have a few myself. Rachel Bilson was spotted recently at Hyde rockin’ a lil cape (cropped jacket), gurl is always on point! Of course we’ve also seen many celebs rock this look, like Sienne Miller, Nicole Richie, etc. Luvin’ it and peep some of the other cute capeys after the jump… *edit: Rachel is wearing the Theory Josefa W Interest Capelet, $335.
