The Scene
This Indian bistro is stylish and vibrant, with orange-and-red walls and exotic aromas wafting from the kitchen. Dine on food adapted from Goa, Punjab and southern India, including Goan veggie curry and Murg Tikka Lababdar–chicken tikkas braised in a creamy tomato sauce. Desserts include a homemade mango ice cream and kheer, a cardamom- and saffron-flavored rice pudding. – Citysearch

Took a lil lunch break with Kim and her friend Laura to this lil Indian spot near our work place. This is the first time I’ve eating Indian food at a restaurant, I’ve always luv’d curry chicken…and its quite good there. At first all the dippings were a bit confusing but Laura’s been there a few times, so she taught me how to “eat” it. I didn’t like any of the dippings haha I’m just picky like that, so I just ate up all the curry chicken and rice, it was def YUMMY! Hit up this spot if you’re feeling for some authentic Indian bistro (Laura’s friend is Indian and this place she quotes is, “AUTHENTIC”). Peep the meal after the jump (me and Kim at the same thing so there’s only 2 dishes I took)…
