H&M is introducing a new Spring collection called Organic Cotton that features organically grown cotton and will be available in selected H&M stores starting March 2007. This is a great concept since a lot of people are into “organic” this and that, I would assume these pieces that are made out of organically grown cotton will be very soft and comfortable, very basic stuff for everday wear. For women you will be seeing a lot of A-line dresses, tunics, blouses, fine jersey tops and leggings. And for the more active, there are sweatshirt couture pieces and your basic bras and hot pants. The colors are very “organic”, neo trendy and vegetal-dye-inspired, like potato, aubergine, lime, dusty rose and grey melange. The collection will be available in womens, mamas and teens. This spring collection from H&M introduces a desirable fashion range for women, teens, children and babies. The clothing line, featuring organically grown cotton, will be available in selected stores in all H&M markets from March 2007. “These clothes are great pieces of the moment. They combine a conscious choice of materials with the latest design, allowing you to look just as good on the outside as you feel on the inside,” says H&M’s head of design Margareta van den Bosch. Oh! These are all so lovely, and the major plus is that they all look so wearable, durable, versatile. I cannot wait. I have really been impressed at H&M’s improvement over the latter years…Do you remember it from back in the day just a little while ago?
s ~ i’ve always been a fan of H&m ever since it opened their flagship store on 5th ave in NYC in 2000. of course they improved throughout the years but the never disappointed me back in the day…i heart h&m!!

Wow, this is making me sooo excited. I love that they’re doing an organic range as I am really into organic clothing. And I also love tunics and A-line dresses so this is pretty much the perfect combination. I mean I’d buy all of these dresses if they weren’t organic but them being organic makes it even better. Arrgg…I hope March comes soon I want so many pieces from this collection!!
oh that’s something new , im not really impresed but it’s ORGANIC slash Basic collection . So less retro inspired things , more basic , “classic” .
Also both purple dresses are nice . And i want that bee printed t-shirt .
But jeans , esp. dark , looks amazing – still quite skinny or streight leg but with that new spring style boyish vibe . We Likey
