Ahh I’ve been meaning to post this for a min but been a bit lazy. Since its a slow day at work, I’ve spent some time gathering images from the Chanel Cruise 2007/8 collection, once again amazing stuff. Staged at Los Angeles airfield, decorated like an exclusive airport lounge complete with three cocktail bars, personalized flight bags on each and every seat, and arrival and departure screens listing “Chanel Line” flights. It was on those screens that celebrity guests like Demi Moore, Lindsay Lohan, Diane Kruger, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen first caught sight of not one, but two, Challenger 601 jets approaching the runway. Love the clothes, flat grey boots & wedges, bags, colorful stacked bangles and oversized CC necklaces! SOOOOOO FABULOUS! Can I get a pair of cut-off gloves that Karl and Lindsay’s rockin’? I <3 Chanel & Karl Lagerfeld! If you get invited to Chanel shows, you’ve got status! For those like me, we can just drool over the pictures…more after the jump…

Those grey flat boots are amazing. They make me think of American Apparel, they could make a copy with the tri blend material!
The grey flat boots remind me of a pair of 80/20 boots that I just got. They were in Nylon magazine and I saw them and immediately had to get them. The way they are built, they are supposed to look like flat, loose around the ankle boots—however—hidden inside is a super comfy 2-inch heel. You get the extra heighth, with little discomfort, and you get to walk around letting everyone think you are a couple inches taller than you really are!

They look really cute on and I can’t wait until the Libertine for Target collection comes out. I’m going to match the red and white striped shirt to my boots with a cute little cut-off jean skirt. Can’t wait!
Also, if anyone is interested, urban outfitters has these boots on sale for I think around $60.
I’m still trying to find out what was lurking inside of those goodie bags.
