This past Saturday I decided to hit up the Marc by Marc Jacobs Special Items store, as usual it was super packed. I wanted to go pick up a pair of the all weather rainboots for $28, but the smallest size was a 40, damn! There’s a lot of the Pan Am bags there if anyone is interested, I’ve been seeing 10,000 peeps rockin’ the quilted pvc tote I got in light rose, no wonder its like almost sold out at the store. The only color left in the smaller size was the black patent, I copped two, one for me and one for a friend, there were still some large ones but its way too big. I also ended up buying these cute striped fingerless gloves for $15 each, I can’t wait to rock them!

I’m psyched to see these posted. I just bought a pair of black fingerless gloves in Norway. My husband and mother are bewildered by them but I’m so excited to wear them…and excited to see that someone else likes fingerless too. I tend not to wear gloves no matter how cold it is because they make me feel so clumsy so I think fingerless is perfect.
i’ve been trying to get a pair of their rainboots as well, but i’ve been stuck at work late and i wouldn’t even bother going to that store on the weekends. do you know how often they stock the rainboots? last i went (in may), they were completely out.
i’m not sure how often they restock, perhaps call them and you can let me know too hehe
Did you happen to see any grey straw fedoras or metallic key chain straps while you were there?

Hi first of all thanx so much for introducing this shop in ur site! I visited NY the past few weeks and went to this specialty store, it’s sooo great!!!!! I grab lots of stuff, including the pan-am bag (I got the white one, it looks cool but got dirty very very easily). I also get this stripe gloves too! i also want to buy the rain boots but I had bought sooo many things in US already, My luggage is already overloaded and I reallyl can’t bring it back to hk. Too bad!
i just called, and they guy told me they still have some small sizes left. although when i asked him when they last got their shipment in, it was a month ago.
hmm…
and oh, apparently they stay open till 10pm every night till december of this year!
