Stella Dallas Vintage and Used Clothing stands up to its name in ambiance and décor. Entering this store, I felt like I was at a small boutique in a town with dusted roads and vintage pick up trucks roaring by. Hidden on a tree lined block in the heart of the village, this Japanese owned store has a wide variety in small sizes. They offer a huge selection of shoes, boots, accessories, skirts and most off all, dresses. From those fit for a prom night to simple frock fit for the drive in, they are organized by color and occasion. To top it off they are having a 20% off sale off everything in the store, excluded are scarves, aprons and show case items. This is a great way to spend an afternoon! Stop by and pick through the western and high waisted skirt rack, rummage through the tons and tons of scarves or try on a shift and have a Doris Day moment. Stella Dallas Vintage and Used Clothing truly offers a mosey on down memory lane.

You def found awesome pieces! However , I have been to this place and I have to admit everything is WAYYYYY too overpriced. The accessories are reasonable but everything else seems to be ridiculously marked up. I certainly have found better places at LES and the weekend flea markets at 1st street I believe behind an elementary school or church, they have a variety of vintage pieces at dirt CHEAP prices. There are also awesome places in the Bronx. I enjoy your posts and love your pics.
