I was introduced to Happy Express Cafe by my bro, he def knows where to eat! This ought to be one of the most cheapest and ghettoest spots I can introduce you guys to, but its DAMN GOOD! WE (my bro, B, Shawn, Annie, etc.) absolutely love this spot, we crave for the Pork Chop with Rice all the time, its dumb cheap $3.75 and it will fill you up! This is another one of those “Hong Kong Cafes” but unlike most of them, this cafe is actually good! This spot gets pretty busy during lunch, its quick and easy, I def recommend it. I’m craving for some Pork Chop with Rice right now, too bad my work is so far from Chinatown!! Peep the pics after the jump…

Go in, order and wait for your food…

Seating area, no special ambiance or nothing its straight up for food consumption…

Pig’s Knuckle Soup & Dates with Pork Rib (S) $3.00

Toast with Butter & Condensed Milk $0.75 - luv this but super fattening | Iced Milk Tea

Iced Herbal Tea - one of my favorites…

Veggies $2.00 - I hate this kind, I left it to the others to eat haha

B: Pork Chop with Macroni & Egg $4.00 (forgot how much it was a special order haha)

Me & Bro each had: Pork Chop with Rice $3.75 - YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY!

Man, i eat there all the time. The macaroni is illlllllll.
He is right their food is good and cheap. Don’t get me wrong its not 5 star dining but, the quality of the food definitely outweighs the cost by 2X. I would be willing to pay 6-10 bucks for that pork chop dish outside of Chinatown. I must say though I like the Chicken over spaghetti more. And also the HK style food is good also. Like ham and egg instant noodles, and ham and egg sandwich. I know that stuff is so simple you can make it yourself but, stuff just taste better when you don’t cook it.
sorry but, the he can be a she. Trying to be PC.
