If you’re a regular on Run’s House you probably already know that Vanessa and Angela Simmons have been in the works of creating a Pastry apparel line. According to WWD, the girls are preparing for the launch of Pastry apparel today, which will hit stores such as Against All Odds, Mony, Jimmy Jazz and drjays.com on January 25th. Besides clothing they are also tapping into the handbag business, the handbags are meant to be matched with your kicks – expect colorful messenger bags, hobos, bowler bags and duffels.

Personally I’m rooting for these girls and Pastry. Though I’m not huge on these initial sneakers (maybe I need to see them in person) I definitely look forward to seeing more designs from them.
The line is a little too young looking for me, but I think it’s great what they’re doing.
…I like the footwear, but I still would like to see a Pastry Girls line. My daughter is in love with a few pairs of their sneakers.
Wow. Good for them. Having a base such as daddy run and uncle russ could make anyone’s branding dreams. But besides that their ideas are unique and very intriguing. I’m sure they’ll sell the 25 mil easy. Angela is a female Russell simmons.

I LOVE YOUR SHOES AND YOUR HANDBAGS, YA’LL REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE PASTRY SHOES FOR INFANTS AND CHILREN. THAT WOULD BE REALLY COOL FOR KIDS TO WEAR YOUR SHOES. MY NIECE LOVES YOUR SHOES.
