Champion has been a staple in the early ’90s for sportwears worn in and out of the gym. According to Wikipedia they were the ones that invented the sports bra, reversible t-shirts, and breathable mesh clothing. Remember those hooded sweatshirts, well I still do! Looks like Champion is gearing towards more sex appeal with their new campaign – How You Play, with American Apparel photographer, Miko Kim by their side, you can say Champion is sporting a new look that looks sexier and more vibrant than the traditional attire found at local gyms. More than just gear for laying around the house, Champion hits the streets styling bold colors with their new freestyle sporting video “Sports Tricks When Bored.” It has some of the best talent coming from from pogo-stick, double dutch, and parkour scene. Peep the video here. By the way I’m quite liking their Super Hood Full Zip Hooded Sweatshirt with Block Logo More campaign pics after the jump…

wow, I like what they’ve done to make CHampion appeal more to young adults, hipster kids…
it’s good marketing, I’d say.
remember what Keds used to be? and then what Mischa Barton and a team of highly pro people did?
^^ you mean copying american apparel’s…. well everything, over exposed sexy pics are a dead ringer for AA.
^^ and if by copying you mean shot by the same photographer (Miko Lim), then yes, they are copying AA
