this is bad!!!
it all looks like children’s clothes.
glitter sneaker flats!? or the avril lavine getup in the 4th womens pic down.
henleys, knee length jean skirts, JACKET AROUND THE WAIST?!
this stuff looks a lot like (dare i say!! ) GAP!
and gap is headed to chapter 11 full speed ahead. (good luck piperlime…i like you!)
why does target throw around the term “limited edition”?
limited to what – 2 million pieces?!
then again, i don’t think this is really target’s problem. has anyone seem the eyesore that is converse by varvatos. for $115, he’ll wear your chucks in for you and add studs, a la hot topic.
sweet.
wendy- you didnt say what you thought of it…
i’d like to know.

I love Converse and most of these clothes fit into my casual chic style. However, I am not really feeling the shoes that much. I think I’ll stick with my obsession of the traditional Chuck Taylors!

The clothes look okay in pictures. Very simple, but I like simple. I’ll definitely hit up target to check out this collection, definitely get a pair of sneakers for the gym, they’re cute.

The polka dot skimmers is cute. I’m definitely going to check that out.

A couple of the dresses look like they might be cute — but like all of the Target stuff, it’s hard to tell without seeing it in person first.
The rest of it is just kind of American Eagle/Abercrombie/Hollister blah.

OK the men’s collection looks really boring. They look like regular Taget’s menswear pieces. On the other hand, the women’s collection is nice. The grey papar fabric wrap dress looks too nice to be from Converse. The menswear industry in this country is really going nowhere!

i was at target last night to pick up like 2 things and i literally ran into this collection at the shoe section… i ended up buyin the glitter skimmers. at first you get all like scared because it’s like glitter and you think hella bright and all but it’s not that bad. they’re me. i’m wearing them today. jeans and tee status. they have a pair of the sneakers that reminds me of a pair that i bought once when i was in london. they had to be one of my fav sneakers bc of the color…gun metal.

I went to Target today, and had no idea it would even be out. A lot of the things pictured, I didn’t even see. But the stuff at mine in Florida, was cute, and at a very reasonable price. I got a cute Jacket in Federal Blue for $24.99. The quality is GREAT. Sometimes with the GO! Brand, its cheapy feeling, but expensive. That is not the case with this sporty jacket.
I also bought a VERY flattering dress for $29.99. It actually looks really cute with the jacket over it too. Sorry I can’t post pictures, but no one give up hope just yet. These two pieces are fantastic.

Sorry, one more thing. I usually wear a size 4 in dresses, jeans, short. But the dress I bought was a size 6, so I wonder if you have to size up with everything.
