According to WWD, Cynthia Rowley will be back (she once had a collection with Target called Swell) to Target for a new limited edition brand called Whim by Cynthia Rowley. Don’t get happy so fast, this is not part of the Go International collection, instead it will focus on novelty items such as outdoor games and inflatable pools. Is she even fashionably relevant any more? I think it’s pointless for her to do this line for consumers [not for her because it givers her a boat load of money] so I think most of the stuff will probably end up on sale.
