Express had jumped on the designer collaboration bandwagon and tapped their first designer, British printmaker Celia Birtwell whom also works with Topshop. Birtwell is to design four limited edition mini-collections, the first is to appear in stores April 7th. The first collection includes two silk chiffon blouses in six different prints ($79.50) and one silk chiffon dress in two different prints ($128), Birtwell combined some of her vintage patterns with new ones to create the styles, which have an updated bohemian vibe. The second collection will drop in July and dates are to be determined for the third and fourth. The prices are a bit on the expensive side for Express but I’ll be sure to check it out when it drops, I don’t even know how long I haven’t stepped foot into Express haha! via WWD / LA Times
