On Memorial Day, my 3rd day in LA we didn’t host or go to a bbq instead we headed to Malibu to lunch at Bob Morris’ Paradise Cove Beach Cafe (review to come) because we were thinking to hit up The Getty Villa Malibu afterwards. Unfortunately the wait at the restaurant took longer than expected (about an hour), by the time we finished eating it was 4pm already and the museum closes at 5pm so they didn’t let anyone else in. Dinner was at Beer Station (review to come), previously known as Kanpai House, a Taiwanese joint near Carla’s crib b/c everyone was feeling quite beat. What did you guys do? P.S. joane ~ i didn’t go the the beach purposely, in back of the restaurant is a beach also a waiting area before you get seated. it was a bit windy that day so i wouldn’t of even gotten even close to the water.
