You all should know by now that I am a fan of plastic/rubber shoes, the Vivienne Westwood for Melissa collaboration is right up my alley. There are two styles in this collection, the Anglomania pair is Westwood’s classic Mary Jane originally made out of leather converted into plastic with a 2″ heel and the other pair is Melissa’s own take of the Ultragirl flats. I really like the Anglomania pair, love that there’s a heel to it so you can play dress up with it. I actually bought a pair of plastic/rubber flats exactly like the Ultragirl in HK, I didn’t even realize it till someone pointed it out haha – Carla told me she saw them available at the Japan Beams Boy too. The shoes are available for purchase this month, I wonder if there’s any NYC stockists but of course there’s always eBay (there’s a few listings up already). Are you feelin’ them?

On the side note, Melissa has a new style called JOY which is a plastic/rubber oxford – so cute!
