I still really like peeptoe booties I bought a pair from HK but have yet to wear them, while searching through Urban Outfitters I came across these canvas ankle booties called We Who See Canvas Cutout Bootie (weird name). I’m thinking of buying them, I don’t own any canvas boots and this combination looks pretty interesting. NAY! The ruching of the canvas and the huge laces make these especially hideous.

NAY! The way the canvas folds at the top and by the toes looks more like old people wrinkles than it does a deliberate pleat. i agree with the comment about the laces -it is too sporty for the look. Simple can make a statement, but this one’s not a good one. Maybe cuter in leather and a different color, with soft laces =)
