I have to tell you I’m not a morning person, especially on a Saturday but I managed to get up to the Bryant Park Tents to see the Lacoste Spring 2009 Fashion Show today. It was my first show at the Tents, super excited and didn’t know what to expect- bigups to Lacoste, Matt Goias, John Storey and Jes (Lacoste) for the awesome second row seat and backstage access! I got to meet beautiful Chanel Iman backstage and Andy Roddick was sitting in front of me- stay tuned for those pics in the next post!

The show was amazing, three parts to it: first is the feminine looks in light earth tone colors, second is the younger look with off the shoulder pieces, colorblocking, neon colors everywhere and terrycloth jumpers in vibrant colors, third is the mod looks featuring colorblocked polos (think scarface), checkers, hats, gloves- lots of black and white with a splash of fresh green and red. FABULOUS! I loved a lot of looks, I’m not a bathing suit girl (bikini girl) but the deep v bathing suits with a hood is simply amazing! The hats near the end of the show are to die for, I want one in every color- super cute with their small logo on the side. Check out the runway pics here.
