With the success of the Chinese Laundry Strate Over-The-Knee Boots that got all the ladies going nuts searching for them after seeing it on Serena in Gossip Girl, they’ve launched a sister boot called Top. The Strate boots are long gone already and the Top boots being nearly sold out, Chinese Laundry released an extended version of the Top boot called Turbo. The Turbo boot has a 14″ circumference perfect for tucking in your skinny jeans and the major difference from the previous two versions is the 1 inch” sliver wedge heel. The Turbo boot is available in black and grey leather, chocolate, black and grey suede and retail at $129. All three versions are very similar and perfect for fall, I own two pairs of Strate (black and brown suede) and two pairs of Top (grey suede and black leather)- I still get tons of compliments everytime I rock ‘em. just an fyi for all the bargain hunters out there: these Chinese Laundry boots are available at tj maxx. so far, I’ve seen them in brown and black. I snagged the black pair for $22.99. Can’t beat that. I want the grey one though
I own these in brown and black suede, and I LOVE them!! So comfortable, and super stylish, I wear them with mini dresses and skinny jeans. I get tons of compliments every time I wear them.
I have the grey leather ones, and ive never gotten more compliments on footwear before! (minus my JS Strikers!)
They are super comfortable and look good with anything… Definately a must-have for any shoe/boot lover!
I got the turbo in grey suede because I’m not a leather boot kinda girl and the grey is just so versatile

i just bought these this weekend on SALE at macy*s. they were on sale, but they were having an additional 25% off! i only paid $65 for these babies, and im in loooovvveeee!

oh man. I copped them today at Macys. Got them for $99 and i thought THAT was a great deal. the gray leathers. hMMM… well, im gonna head to tj maxx tomorrow morning to see what i can find. HOPEFULLY the black AND brown! IM SO JEALOUS.
were the $22.99 ones at tj maxx suede or leather? I saw a grey version and brown version for 22.99 at ross they were labelled CL by laundry and non leather or suede, just fake suede looking material, they resembled the “Top” boot.

Anyways even tho i paid more for them than most people, they are well worth it because they are so cute!For Fall, i can wear them with sweater dreses and tights, skinny jeans, whatever! You also inspired me to get them too retrogirl.
I CAN’T. FOR THE LIFE OF ME decide if i want the gray suede or the black suede…if anyone ordered the gray suede ones can you tell me if theyre a light gray or a dark gray? cause i like the gray ones serena wears but i like them because theyre dark. i don’t think i want a light light gray….help!
