An early Christmas gift from B, I’ve been eying these Ann Demeulemeester Triple Lace-Up Flat Tall Boots since I saw them on the Fall ‘08 runway show but $1800 was way over budget for any shoes! I’ve been hoping it would go on sale and it did but the first cut was down to $1000 still too pricey- but last week Barney’s marked it down to $729 and of course it was sold out when I found out! To my surprise B got me a pair! The triple lace-up is extremely complicated, I’d be f***k if I ever unlaced them haha, such amazing boots! I’m definitely going to be wearing these a lot especially since they’re flats and they look pretty much good with anything. Joy this weekend, can’t wait to rock ‘em out! More pics after the jump…

i think only certain ppl can pull these boots off…. i think they’ll look awesome on you!

I’m not really feeling these boots :S
Love knee highs … leather … but the double lace thing is just looking tacky.

Sharon up there may not be feeling ‘em, but I totally am! LOVE those boots and am quite envious you’re out and about in a pair. Enjoy them!

I’m trying to get a pair of Ann Demeulemeester boots from overseas…returning can be such a nightmare.
I read that her boots run large. Is this true for you? I usually wear a 38 in most shoes but Prada, Miu Miu I’m a 37…any ideas on the sizing?

I saw them on Ebay today – in size 38 which they say runs smaller than usual like 7.5

whoa. those are INCREDIBLE. i would totally wear them if … if i could. i felt funny about buying 2 pairs of $250 boots this month, but dang. (i got australia love co hikers and j shoes empire boots in black which are in the vein of these kinda) i’m just gonna stare at these for awhile and pine.
